Our purchase was made in 2020 and we have been coming for the regular oil change and maintenance. The last visit for maintenance was a week ago, and let me tell you, the wait was longer than desired BUT the staff at this location are wonderful so we really didn't mind. The receptionist Bryanna made sure to update us frequently and went over everything in detail when they were done. She's awesome! I can always appreciate a dealership that continues to provide good service even after a purchase was made. P.S. The workers that wash the cars after service do such an amazing job. The truck was left looking amazing!

Wish I could give it a half star. Arrived at 1:15 for a 1:30 oil change appointment. Checked in at desk and and told advisor I would wait. The car was taken to the back and pull in bay. It’s 2 hours n 30 minutes later and no one have attempted to touch the truck. It’s not crowded so A simple oil change should not take that long. Workers standing around laughing n talking. This is the worst experience yet. Stay away unless you have time to give away. Total time for just a oil change was 4 hours 20 minutes. Will not be going back

This was by far the most wonderful car buying experience I’ve ever had! We live on Long Island in NY and purchased a very special car from this dealership. The general sales manager who helped us with our purchase is Farzad and I can’t say enough good things about him. The most honest, friendly, and helpful salesman I’ve ever met. Not only does he have a phenomenal personality that lends itself to sales, but he truly made the entire experience seamless & exceptionally easy!! I will absolutely purchase another car from them in the future!!
