I bought new tires and got them installed here on Saturday, 05/07. Yesterday, 05/10, on the way to the beach, I noticed that my car started shaking/rattling once the car went over 60mph. After going to a couple of shops nearby that did not have available slots on the same day, I called this location. I got put on a brief hold, but once I spoke to the associate, I was asked for my name and number because he was "helping another customer" and that he would call me right back. At this point, I took the advice of one of the reviewers here and started heading to Tengah Tires. After 30 minutes, I didn't hear anything back from this location so I called again. While the associate tried to accommodate me, he said my car would not be available until after 7PM. I was calling at 4PM and not willing to wait that long. I went to Tengah Tires and was told that the tires were not aligned properly. This experience really frustrated me--how can new tires not be aligned properly?? Anyways, never coming back to this place.

Do not believe the appointment system. After showing up for my appointment at 4pm, they told me they were booked and only with one mechanic. I did not received a call to cancel. Front desk told me that it was a problem with the system because they close at 5pm. So...why are the appointments open until 4? Not happy with them.

No excuse for having my car for 24+ hours and NOT patching a single tire. No reason to make an appointment if no one will even look at your car. It's simple. If you value your time, NEVER go to this location. Do NOT trust this business, their timelines or their useless staff. I recommend Tangah Tires on Kennilworth Ave for fast and easy service! Very friendly people, who fixed my tire in 5 minutes. Theft of time is worse than money. Be SMART and go ELSEWHERE.

Good Integrity

Overall a nice experience with the expected wait time. Staff was friendly. My only concern with places like this is the lack of confidentiality. Small space to give your personal credentials. Some people who were in there were not truly looking for services. NTB and other tire places need to come up with a new way for customers to provide such information.
