Terrible customer service. They called me to cancel a 10am appointment at 9:36 am. I was literally on my way there. They tried to reschedule and then when I could not make the new time they charged me the full amount, $55, as a ‘no show’ fee. I called back to get the charge reversed, they reversed the $55 fee and charged another random $25 fee. I called back regarding the $25 fee and they would not answer the phone. I’m bummed that they were so rude bc I was excited about trying them out. I’ve never been. They don’t seem to cater to tightly curled hair anyway. I think this was the primary issue honestly.

Gladys is amazing, she gives a great scalp massage and a double wash to keep the blowout longer. Highly recommend!

Fast and did an amazing job. The stylist listened and provided the exact hairstyle we were looking for. And my friend was running late and they still made an effort to accommodate the appointment. We were very impressed by the customer service, the stylist and the affordable price point. Totally in love!!
