It's a nice and clean establishment. Most of the ladies are friendly and sociable. They are not always friendly over the phone. I never have a problem getting an appointment. Love the Volcano Pedicure. However, I was happy with my recent nail appointment. I don't often get full sets but I am attending a wedding. Got a French Manicure but the nail tips had gaps and the acrylic was really thick. Had them redone at another shop due to time.

The customer service is horrible. I’ve been getting my nails done at this salon now for a few years. And every time i go the prices increase, and never match up to the services im receiving. Somehow I always end up spending more. And most of the nail techs can not do designs or basic nail sculpting properly. And if you want something they cannot do, they tell you to come back later until another tech who can do it is available. As a paying customer, my hands left ashy and my feet was not the design I wanted. I felt rushed to leave as well. They don't even make it aware on their website that scheduled appointments are more important then there walk Ins or that you can even schedule. I had paid for an acrylic service and did not received any hand massage or lotion i left with ashy hands. And mix match hands and feet. And on top of that i did not like my feet because it was not what i asked for. I was told it would cost $12 to fix. Im not sure why i would have to pay for something they did wrong. Beware of going to this salon because you will definitely leave paying over$100 for basic mediocre work.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon consistently for a few months now. Quality is hit or miss. The last time I got my nails done (11/19/21). I made an appointment for 5:30 and waited about 15 minutes for my service to start. However I also didn’t end up leaving the establishment until 9 for a classic white pedicure and classic white full set with dip. I requested the dip for a very specific look which the technician did not tell me She couldnt do and/or would be her first time trying until after my service ended. I have a crooked misshapen nail that I pointed out but did not want to wait to have fixed (I’d already been there 3 hours). I could tell the technician also did not think the work was the best as she kept checking my reaction asking me what was wrong. Even heard another, more experienced technician tell her she shouldn’t have done my dip. I’ve spent alot of money here in the last few months so it’s very disappointing that no resolution was offered for the amount of time and money spent on a service that was not worth it. Im all for people practicing and learning when I am choosing that. Currently deciding between going back and getting this set taken off or keeping it and finding another salon or individual who can do something better.
