The staff is so friendly. My stepdads truck broke down and he had to stay there 2 nights. The staff treated him like family and made sure he had everything he needed before we got there to get him. They are in the process of a remodel which will be great! The room was tidy and it was a quiet, comfortable place to stay.

Room was dirty, bathroom was nasty. There was some sort of substance dripping down the front of the nightstand. Only positive was that it had a/c and a bed.

Positive: Location. Next to good restaurant and bar. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast selection with great coffee! Negative: In desperate need of a remodel, especially bathroom.

This is the most disgusting place we have ever stayed. Apparently there was a fire there sometime in the distant past but it looks like a war zone still. Lots of building materials out front but no activity. Probably will be noisy in the future. Hopefully when they finish renovating the fire they will knock the rest down and start over. We enjoyed having the filthy plastic garbage cans out in front of our door. They were very inviting. The room was old. Way overpriced. On the upside, when we closed our eyes and fell asleep the beds weren't bad and we couldn't see the things I described above. Bottom line - we would not recommend anyone stay here. They seem to be the only pet friendly place in Burns, but we didn't think it was nice enough for our dogs to stay here. Stay in Bend instead if you can. As another review said, best part of the experience was driving away.
