Libraries used to be a quiet place where one could study. No More! This place seemed like a very lenient day care center with not enough caregivers. When I complained about several kids Running & Yelling interrupting me, the staff seemed to put encouraging this bad behavior so the kids would return ahead of keeping the atmosphere quiet & respectful for furthering education seeking adults.
