Service was very slow. When it finally arrived the food was good, but the portions were quite small so it didn't feel like a good value to us. Servers seemed to forget we were here, and I think I could've walked out without paying and not have been missed.

Exactly what we expected going to Shari's. Food was good & served as ordered. Staff all very friendly & attentive. -every person working that saw us said hello at some point. That alone stands out these days. Leaves a great impression. Thank you for a positive experience ✨️

I don't think this Shari's has ever disappointed me with meals. Today was no exception. The steak was perfect, everyone was super happy with the food, the cook should be proud of their handiwork, and our server was a peach! Thank you all for a wonderful meal!

The food we ordered was burnt, the cheese was bad. I called to let them know about my complaint and they were busy so they said they would call me right back. Never got a call!! Called again and again the next day and nothing. My son got sick from the ONE bite he dis take.
