Wow this is place is something else. Ordered the speciality burger which took over 1.5 hours to receive when there was only me and two other customers. The beef patty was cold, rock hard and was burnt all the way through (I am not sure if it even was a beef patty). Then my bun must have been left on the grill for the entire 90 minutes because it had about 1/4-1/2 inch of black which made the bun not edible. I wish I would have taken a few photos. Burger King has that burger beat which is saying something since I eat at Burger King about once every 10 years. Never will come back. The fries also no doubt we’re frozen and left in the oil for way to long, and harder and colder than hockey pucks. Also the server took about 20 minutes to grab us a menu while she stood behind the bar waiting on one customer. Her service was horrible.

We had the best experience with the patrons. We walked in as a party of five. Two other tables of total strange smooshed together to give us seats. It was great fun, and TERRIFIC food. The five of us tried five entrees and could not find a fault if we tried. We will be back!

Pig and pound is super authentic. The staff are great keep an eye out for Glenn she is an exceptionally good waitress. The owner is very kind and accommodating and often is the host. The food is really where the authenticity lies along with the owner's accent hes obviously English but scotch eggs must try the scotch eggs they're so good it's good and probably one of the only easily recipes like it I've seen served around here. Pig and pound has a very chill atmosphere and great patio space under a nice shady tree awesome spot to grab some beers and some good food the shepherd's pie also is ridiculously good.

Our waitress was the absolute best. So friendly and attentive. And our food was delicious. The deep fried mushrooms were very tasty and perfectly crisp but not overly bready! Same with the fish n chips although the fries could have been a little crisper but non the less yummy. The salmon sandwich was pretty great.
