Embarrassingly unprofessional, will not be returning until they find some staff that can provide basic communication and maybe avoid being rude to the customers. 6/01/22 7:10 pm. Lobby closed at 7 due to staffing, drive through closes some time after that... which is apparently up for interpretation, since an employee walked in between two cars in line and placed a closed sign in front of them, then walked back into the building without engaging multiple customer questions. We were in line for 20 minutes before we got to the order board, then the computer went down mid order with no apparent knowledge in the building on how to correct the issue.

The Redmond dq has shrimp baskets. Tiny shrimp but quick service. Summer is better for a quick ice cream.

Usually very good, but quality seems to be slipping. I am not much of a complainer but I do want to see better quality than what I got today. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. (#1 on the menu) the amount of bacon was... lacking. Everything else was great! And the burger was delicious. I hope to see better in the future!
