the shelves are bare, instead of a garage sale i brought really great things to donate. the donation person, three separate donations, refused items for no reason. i ended up selling at a flea market and donating the cash to another service. what a poor practice. the redmond stire is so much berter managed and actually has stock. please don't reply with the rote response, just fix it.

Items are incorrectly marked and come up at higher prices at the register. At checkout an item was priced incorrectly on the computer. I walked directly over to the rack for an item I purchased with a price marked and labeled for that item directly above it (with the cashier present) and they said they only charge what the system says even if something is labeled at a certain price. I suggested they adjust the labels to be correct. I have never shopped at a store where the labels are incorrect and the cashier doesn’t honor the price marked on the label. This goodwill is also overpriced compared to other goodwill stores around the United States (LAX area, Miami, Pittsburgh, Mobile, Philadelphia, Destin have more reasonable prices than this store.)

This store is beyond overpriced, greed and corporate corruption is obvious here . The worst part I must say is you go back to the furniture section and everything has a sold sign very little on the floor is actually for sale . It’s almost like these upscale used furniture places around here send a buyer everyday when they open and buy everything worth anything and say they will be back for them. Just a theory but it makes sense because nothing else does . The humane society thrift store is the place to go and they are right up the street! Not only are they helping animals but they are a thrift store with prices you can afford ,they want to help serve the community. Please donate your items to this store not goodwill ! last year a million dollars were raised for the humane society! Lets make it 2 million this year !!!

I really like thrift stores. Repurposed items! One man's garbage, is another man's treasure. However, WOW! Prices have gone up considerably at Goodwill. You could go to Ross for Less or TJ Max? and get something new for a dollar or two more(of course u need to consider the brand/quality of materials). Staff is always friendly and will try to work with you on prices. There's many thrift stores in bend. Support small local businesses!!
