Kudos to the clerk who helped me. However, Mr Nice Guy had proven again to be the "Apple Store " of cannabis sales. When the friendly and knowledgeable clerk confirms this, it's bad. Unless you live within two blocks or so, look elsewhere plese.

Generally a good experience here, but the employees clearly don’t get the app and point system. I went in to get a new cartridge and asked to have my app scanned. The lady said I can’t get another deal since it was already on sale. I didn’t want an additional discount. I wanted the points. I left not receiving the points for that purchase and extremely disappointed. Previously, I’ve had a gentleman working who didn’t seem to have any idea about the app and once I showed it, I was rushed to check out by him. He was very nice and patient with me before I brought it up. It doesn’t take that long to scan the QR code… Please make sure your employees understand the point system and don’t act annoyed when people want to use it before you drive away customers. I won’t be returning to this mr nice guy.

The people who work here are always lovely, they have a wide knowledge base and are very patient. The selection between flower, dabs, and edibles has a nice variety and everything is good quality. The store itself is very clean, and well decorated!
