I just went too this Jack In The Box....ordered a burger with Mayo only.....Also expressed I have a tomato allergy so no ketchup...Well got back to my hotel checked my burger Hella Ketchup.......They could have sent.me into annfalactic shock....Which as we all know can kill a human being......I've called twice no one answers...I was there within the last HR....

I hate to give a low star review I really do. But the parking lot of this place messed up my car really bad and it keeps getti g worse and worse and they keep not fixing it. They're constantly out of stuff. They don't communicate well over their drive through speaker. They don't do the little things like blend the milkshakes entirely and always forget the cherry. I can tell the employees are overworked and short staffed and honestly they do make an effort to be polite. All my complaints are 1000% management's problem. I feel bad for them.

This place has potholes so big it could throw your alignment off and the younger guy there that ive had to deal with twice is just Also cheese on my burger for literally no reason and they don't even come with cheese? They can't get anything right at this location

Absolutely terrible. Might as well have been talking to an alien with how difficult it was to communicate the order. Took over 15 minutes to get the food, being the only car in the drive through. Wrong sizes on combos, small curly fry with 6 sad fries. No straws. Ordered a sriracha burger and got whatever this monstrosity is in the photo. Got 2 tacos I didn't order, assuming somebody is now missing their food. The worst part though and the only reason I'm writing this review? The parking lot is like driving across the surface of the moon with how many pot holes and how comically large they are. The franchisee/owner should be embarrassed with how terrible they run their location. Just awful.
