It's lucky to get a star at all. Half the time its not working but still takes your money. Numerous times I have been through and paid the $8 and its not working properly. Today is no exception.

Just paid $8.00 the machine did not work only sprayed down my car trying to contact owner for refund can not even find a phone # or email address. Very frustrating. Beth

Paid $8 and it sprayed my car with soap and stop working. Trying to find a number online to contact owner for refund. It’s happen to me one other time. I would appreciate my money back. I’m a local and have used this place several times a year. Idk why it’s not working, but you should definitely make sure your equipment works properly if you are going to charge people and leave a contact number...

No soap in the car wash I purchase premium. Did not wash the hood of my car or my windshield. So the brushes aren't working. No phone number to call for service. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and I suggested everybody do the same. I also will be contacting my credit card company. I won't be paying for service I did not receive.
