Removed their access code option so if you lose your wallet you are out of luck for 5-7 business days. Google pay won't work either until your new card arrives making the Google pay pointless.

I agree with a couple of the other reviews. The tellers are nice,personable and professional but if you are actually trying to conduct business instead of simple deposits/withdrawals,etc they (actual bankers and management)seem very limited in knowledge and efficiency.Thank you for taking the time to detail your experience.
