I purchased a Heat N Glo see-through fireplace from Armand's Fireplace and had a great experience. I placed my order on the phone with Rob after several conversations with him and Brooklyn and Dylan. They answered all my various questions and helped me choose the right unit with the options I wanted. Armand's was a pleasure to deal with. I think we all know what customer service is like these days, and these guys get an A+ in that category. My fireplace was delivered on time as promised and it's getting installed as I write this review. I live about 30 minutes away from Culver City but yesterday I drove over to the store just to meet Rob and the guys. I highly recommend Armand's. Definitely five stars plus. Lastly, they recommended an installer for the fireplace (Serg from Luxus Construction) and he's awesome. Thank you Armand's!

Very easy to work with. They did not offer shipment to Hawaii, but recommended a shipping service, and then coordinated directly with them for packaging and pickup. Payment was very easy through direct transfer from bank, and the pickup was the very following day. Impressed with the efficiency!

I had problems with the remote turning on my fireplace insert. I called Armand's after having the insert being installed for over 15 years. The person at Armand's never questioned how long I had the insert or remote control. He simply asked me several questions and told me what I needed to do to get it to work. That is SERVICE !

Armand’s was so great and hassle-free. They gave me a fair price to install a gas log fireplace then installed it without any problem whatsoever. no upselling. No shenanigans. That same night I had a beautiful, roaring fire on logs and coals that look so real it is uncanny. Best of all I can get a fire going in about ten seconds and at the end have no mess to clean up nor have I generated the pollution of burning wood. So easy! So lovely! Now I sit cosy by the fire thoroughly enjoying Armand’s handiwork all the time. Thanks Armand’s!
