My review previously pointed out Floyd's illegal roadside signs and I said if they were removed I'd update my rating from one to four stars. Well, you know, I don't see the signs these days so I'm giving Floyd the benefit of the doubt that he picked up the signs. Four stars, Floyd, thank you for advertising responsibly.

They do not care about the safety of their medical patients. Staff never wears a mask but demands that you remove your mask even if you are a medical patient and immunocompromised. This is the only dispensary that does this, and this was never a requirement at Floyd's before mask mandates were lifted. I'd leave zero stars if I could, they completely disregard the safety of those most vulnerable and think it's funny to enforce this dangerous rule.

Usually I have a good time with Floyds. I bought 2 cartridges today and they did not give me a receipt. They gave me the wrong cartridges and were very rude about how it was my fault I didn't double check before they put it in the sealed exit bag. I spent over $100 today and was told they couldn't DO ANYTHING for me and that I messed up not getting the receipt. they have something on their register stating that if they don't give out a receipt it is automatically $5 off your next order. The manager told me it wasn't their fault and the manager couldn't do that for me. I am extremely hurt and extremely disappointed.
