I am very happy with my repair experience with Service King. I received the text messages on the updates almost every day, and Lisa also called me on the phone whenever there was a new update. The ladies who work at the front desk, Fernanda and Debbie, are very friendly and helpful. All the ladies explained things to me very clearly and put me at ease, they took care of everything including the car rental, I even had my car repair done one day sooner than planned. I recently went to a couple of shops for the other car repair and maintenance, the way Service King treats its customers really stands out. I would like to thank the entire staff working at San Gabriel Service King for the good job they did.

My wife had to bring her car in to fix damage to the front end of her KIA. from start to finish the process was awesome. Fernanda the front office lady was very friendly and helpful. Daniel was the estimator and he went above and beyond to make the process go smoothly. he even polished off some paint transfer on the side of the car. i would definitely come back to this location if i ever had too, hopefully i dont. great shop and great staff.
