Went in for oil and filter change. Was done within 20 mins. Later that day while driving on the freeway I heard something dragging from my front end. By the time I got off the freeway my plastic splash shield that they had to remove had come off on the freeway. It wasn’t replaced the proper way and come down and dragged on the freeway till it came off. Cost me close to $300 to replace it with dealer parts. I called and spoke to mgr. Lazero and he denied that it was done by his shop. My mistake was to go back and have it serviced again on 7/18/22. On 7/24/22 I was driving and heard something scraping again. This time I kind of knew was it was and pulled over on a surface street. Sure enough the right side of the splash pan was dragging. Luckily I still had a couple of inserts from the last time and used one to keep it up. I drove down to the store and spoke to the acting mgr. Jose who gave me attitude when I was trying to explain why I was there. Also when they air up your tires my sensors always come on because they are over filled. I’m never going back there and I don’t recommend them to anyone and I will be taking them to small claims for the cost of the splash shield and the 16 inserts.

They always go the extra mile aside from my oil change. They look out for my car. I have a fairly new car but don’t take it to the dealership cause I don’t trust them. But jiffy lube doesn’t try to upsell me or deceive me about my car. I feel like family. I highly recommend them. I have had oil change, battery change, and tire rotation done here. Jiffy lube has looked into my cars fluid and it checked out fine. They even checked my air filter and recommended I buy a new one and they would install it for free. I was like WOW, they are really helping me keep my car running great. I’ve been there like 5 times . They are efficient with time and great customer service.

Jiffy Lube business is the quickest and friendly way to have your oil changed. The workers always are nice and helpful. I use to change my own engine oil, but now go here as the service is 100% professional and courteous. Thanks.

Got my A/C flushed and recharged at Jiffy Lube, got great service, did pre-visual inspection before getting started, being sure that theirs no leaks before starting the service. Prices are fair, now my minivan is freezing cold. Awesome job.
