It has been over 3 months and y'all haven't fixed the broken couch you delivered to my apartment. 0 UPDATES from your side and your solution is for me to give you a call!-??? Y'all made me sign and I am committed to paying it off but I PAID FOR A WORKING COACH. Y'ALL KNOW THIS NEEDS TO BE FREE AT THIS POINT. Or a new one? This is so unprofessional and disrespectful from your side.

I was very disappointed in the management that helped me. Since the pandemic, companies are taking advantage of using “Covid” an excuse on why things are taking longer time then usual. When we ordered our furniture Sept 28, they told us 15 weeks but that lead up to 20 weeks. I got a call on Feb 16 to say my couch was in…lol I told Sasha (manager) I wanted to cansel my order few weeks back and He tells me they would take 30% off of our purchase price. I said no your not, it’s not our fault that you gave us wrong info! He was very unprofessional and not accommodating at all! I think they should accommodate customers if they’re using “pandemic” is why they’re not getting their products in timely matter! Please try other furniture places before you go to JR Furniture. As you can see their rating tells all why you shouldn’t shop there!! Manager needs to have more empathy towards the customers!

I went in with my wife and we browsed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found a couch we really liked, but we were not ready to purchase it yet. But that couch stuck in our minds, like a couch that you can't get out of your mind. So we went back a month or so later and looked at it again. We still loved it, but nice couches cost real money and we held off again. By then it was December and I wanted to surprise my wife with the couch. So I went back alone, money in hand. I had done a little research in the meantime, looking up comparable furniture and feeling out the price. Surprisingly, the posted price was fair even against internet couches. Sascha met me at the door. Sascha was amazing. He is honest, friendly, to the point but not rude. Best salesman I have ever dealt with, anywhere. Period. If I wasn't going to buy it when I got there, just dealing with a good man doing sales would have put me over the edge. He kept in contact with me from the time I purchased the couch to the time I received it and beyond. He made sure to keep me updated on delivery schedule, and checked to make sure it had gone well. I'm telling you what, I don't write many reviews but I cannot in good conscience not tell the world how well I was treated at J&R Sales in Aloha, OR. Sascha is the man, and I recommend asking for him if you are looking for furniture.
