Beautiful place. Very windy. You can see the ocean behind you and the entire Bay Area in front of you. Impressive views. Don't drone. The Park Rangers are constantly looking for drone operators, as it's a wildlife and nature reserve.

Great place to hike… Wonderful place to take your dogs… People are very considerate and helpful… There are restrooms in the parking lot area… On the weekends it gets very full and there is additional parking on the street nearby

No. There are two parking areas on Skyline with easy access, 5 minute walk from the northern parking. Sunset would also be visible from the parking area
I don't think it's allowed to camp there.
Park at Town Center which is only about 1/4 of a mile north on the same road. Never full and there's a path to get to the park.
