I don't usually write reviews but Abel and his time were so extremely helpful with repairing our Ice Machine malfunction and leak that I just had to write about it! We've dealt with many vendors before being that we are a professional studio space, however CR Appliance Repair is the most responsive and customer friendly. They were also flexible, our ice machine leak persisted after the first visit and once we alerted Abel he immediately followed up and had Eugene return to fix it. After the work was finished they called a week later to make sure we were happy with the work. You don't have to worry about a company getting over on you because Abel's team actually cares bout their customer and their craftsmanship. Such a breath of fresh air. Whether you are a large corporation, small business, or home owner, CR Appliance repair is the way to go!

I wish I could give them a zero rating. I booked an appointment for oven repair through a lead with Angie's list (Home advisor). My Fisher and Pakel oven was not heating. My husband spoke with the appointment setter and explained that it was more than likely the thermostat. The technician by the name of Eugene came out the very next day. He spent less than 30 minutes diagnosing the problem and found it was as my husband said the thermostat. At this point we were relieved that it was not major and only the thermostat. When my husband asked about the cost and time frame the technician said that the part needed to be ordered and would take about a week. Inconvenient but we said Ok. Here is where it takes a turn. The technician said it would cost $800.00 to install! The part is anywhere from $160 to $200....that's clearly a 300% markup! They are gauging. I checked their reviews and should have known better...mostly dated. Run do not walk from this contractor. Call someone else. One final thing....the part is on back order and the manufacturer could not provide a time frame. Wow!!! Angie's list is also suspect. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!

The first time I called them out was for a microwave, which I thought I was going to have to replace. To my surprise—and delight— they fixed it. The second time was for a refrigerator-freezer unit, which I also thought I was going to have to replace— a Thermador that would have been very expensive. Again, to my delight, they fixed it. There were some minor delays with getting parts, but, given their performance, I would call these guys back in a heartbeat. Very satisfied.

If your oven is not working properly I would recommend to don't repair it by your self. It's dangerous and to do oven repair it's always better to call professional repair man. To check what's wrong with your oven CR appliance Repair will charge Diagnostic fee. This wee will be waved out with repair provided (you'll pay just for repair and parts). Also You'll pay only After repair is done and You'll fully satisfy with the service quality. Warranty is minimum 90 days.
