How can a Starbucks run out of ingredients for a drink you love?tried a different drink not very good..I would of left but was stuck in the drive thru..

I love this StarBucks. It is one of my favorite coffee stops. The staff here are very friendly and professional. Speedy accurate service.

Staff are friendly and the location itself is clean- have not had bad coffee until now. I ordered 3 iced caramel macchiatos' and it feels like it had no coffee at all. I figured I didn't shake/mix my drink well and once I did, it still tasted like it had no coffee-pure milk and caramel. I asked the other individuals how their coffee tasted, and similar to mine- felt it had no coffee. Pretty surprissed by this, as this is a coffee stop, so what happened? Not worth driving back as I had to go into work but thought I'd give feedback so that it does not happen again.

The waiting on the drive thru takes about 30-40 mins usually packed and slow,window service took a good 15 mins but the parking lot was hard to exit with all the line of cars behind the parked cars. (Yep forgot to give me a drink, and said they gave it to me so I had to park) crazy day.lol.
