We are from Alamogordo New Mexico, we were headed to the beach on day 3 we decided to get kfc. We got our order trusting it was all together. Apparently we were missing stuff we were already to at the stop sign and I happened to check in my daughter in the back well I see one of the employees running to us telling us to stop. I told my my husband don’t go we forgot something she came to my side and give us the food! Moral of this she didn’t have to run to us we should of checked but by far this made our day! And that employee was greatly appreciated!

Very poor service at the drive thru. Girls had rude and snotty attitudes. One girl said “oh my god” to my question and passed me to another girl. They barked at me for not speaking up. Then gave me extra crispy chicken when I’d asked for original.

Horrible customer service. Had no clue of the family deals they had online. Waited over 25 min for my food cause they got everyone’s order wrong great way to spend over $50 won’t be coming back
