We're having some trouble with there new Fryer a trainer was in store training them how to use new fryer and this is the results of those chicken that wasn't cooked correctly

Famous bowl had over fried bits of strange food substance, maybe dried dog food? but sure was NOT popcorn chicken or even chicken. Bucket of chicken was just as bad. The chicken batter wasn't crispy OR original, strange coating on the chicken. The staff is clearly not following proper cooking steps. I'm sure if this was a corporate store and not a franchise the food quality would be up to par. I've given this specific location 3 chances, 3 strikes you're out! I will not be coming back to this location and HIGHLY recommend to AVOID this location at all costs, not worth wasting your hard earned money or a possible trip to the ER for food poisoning.

I got the #17 meal, the bun is so soggy with the sauce they carelessly put on the edge. The top of the chicken doesn't have sauce. As you can see it's on the bottom side ONLY.
