Won't be eating here again chicken was over done and dry,coleslaw was dry and nasty potatoes and gravey were cold

This is one of the worst KFC we have ever visited, the chicken was way over cooked and the coleslaw was really dry. We have eaten there for years when we come here but we won't be eating there again.

Very poor service. Ordered a mashed potato bowl with NO corn and a 12 piece hot wings. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Ok no problem I know they will be fresh. Got to the window and paid was told to pull forward they'd bring it out. Waited 30 mins and serial different girls tried to give me wrong orders. Finally I get my wings I was waiting for but no mashed potato bowl so she gets on her microphone and tells them inside I didn't get it so another 10 mins later I get it....no wing sauce in bag when I asked for EXTRA and no silverware to eat with and my mashed potato bowl is loaded with CORN.

Was told to pull forward. Only ordered 2 large mash potatoes. We waited for about an hour in which the same person kept coming and asking us if we ordered the chicken or something. We kept saying "NO, we only ordered 2 large mash potatoes." Finally they got it right but waiting an hour was ridiculous and kept being asked by the same person if we ordered something we didn't after we told her what we ordered was annoying. They should have just gave it to us for free. On top of this, at the drive thru order speaker they tried to deter us from ordering by saying they were out of chicken and that they couldn't serve us before we even said what we wanted.
