My family and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings today and it was a terrible experience. The staff was rude and unprofessional, the atmosphere was very uncomfortable, and I felt very unwelcomed. The staff played nothing but Hispanic music the whole time and it was very loud I would have preferred to sit in silence than hear Hispanic music for the fact that I wasn't in a Mexican restaurant. And our server Luis seemed to only cater to the Hispanics we got our food way after 2 families that were seated well after us and they received their food before us, he never came over and asked if we wanted drink refills or anything. I had to track him down to ask for utensils and napkins. When the food was finally brought out to us the fries were cold and I told the manager that our food shouldn't have taken over 30 mins to come out and the wings were so nasty I asked her to just take those off the bill. After all the mistreatment my husband and I had enough, my husband finally found Luis and asked him for the bill and he just ignored him until I finally walked over and told him I wanted the bill just to see that he had charged us wrong for the drinks and had him correct it and left. This was the worst experience and I am very unhappy these issues definitely needs to be addressed with the staff and management.

On June 10, 2022 me and some of our family decided to take our two Graduates to this location for dinner, and to celebrate them. It was a total of 8 people in our party they seated us at a table that was broke and they knew that the table was broken, we had to ask them to move to a different table. Then once we moved the table was nasty hair the table the waiter just pick up the hair and walked away I had to go get her to come and wipe the table off, she had a nasty attitude, then it took 2 hours for use to order and when we did order they ran out of WINGS, ONION RINGS wow, then it took another 1hour and half for us to received the item we did order but some of the orders were missing, the servers had nasty attitudes the window seal were we was seatedws so dusty that I kept sneezing. Then an hour after we started eating the item that we did receive, we started seeing people that came in after us eating wings, we asked how are they able to get wings, I was told that someone brought some from another location but we should have at least given the option to wait for the wings that was on the way or order something else Then when we received. The bill there was item on there that we did not receive. VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO

This place was really unprofessional and had rude staff. We got seated after about 15 minutes but we’re never greeted by a waitress. The waitress kept passing by and would look at us but not say anything. About 20 minutes later of sitting one of the employees comes and tells us that the waitress is going on break and won’t be taking our orders for a while. He didn’t say anything but just stared at me until I asked if we could get seated somewhere else. He said I could go look for a table or go sit at a bar but didn’t even tell me what table to go to. A few more minutes went by and still nothing. We asked again what was going on and the same guy said someone else would take our order. Another ten minutes went by so I decided to leave. On the way out I told the host about it and she just said “okay” and kept looking. They were unprofessional and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing either. Useless staff. If you don’t want to work there then quit.

I ordered online for some lemon pepper dry seasoning wings and the wings I received were super stale like if they have been sitting for a long time and hardly any seasoning. I don't know how they expect for anyone to eat it like this. I also ordered a bottle of seasoning which was forgotten. I called for a refund and they mentioned that since it was an online order it does not show on their end that a seasoning bottle was purchased which is strange. I do not recommend at all.

Sometimes it's just the place. HOOTERS never has a wait this long. Even if it's a very busy hour.
I went there once before a charger game. Went because of the name and it's proximity. I felt the same way, and I will never go back to that one. The one in Orange is decent, and I enjoy going to the one in irvine... Prepare Yourself For The Carbon Copy Cookie Cutter Response Of "Sorry, Give Us A Call" Nonsense...
