If you're a housing provider or property manager be advised they will NEVER PAY ON TIME. When you call to discuss rent payments they will give you the run around, If you get a hold of someone they literally yell at you (the director I spoke to had me in tears) about how paying late is not their fault. They will make NO EFFORT to help you get paid before your mortgage is due. They do not care that your bills are late. The tenant they are subsidizing is one of the best tenants I've rented to in over 10 years of managing apartments. This is the only housing subsidy I have dealt with or heard about that treats people this way. They majority pay on time or early and have been very kind to landlords, managers and tenants alike.

Terrible place I wouldn’t even give them one star. It’s so terrible when any client in need asks for help they’ll receive attitude and unprofessional from staff and especially the security guards. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who needs genuine support everyone here is literally just collecting a check and having fun not doing their jobs correctly, clients come in and out with all types of drugs and alcohol staff use profanity and call female clients out of their names. Grieving and trying to report staff and security is pointless because they don’t care about anyone outsides themselves to keep a job . The mattresses are in distress completely warn out a mattress I laid in had a dent so big and wide my body sunk into the springs they terminated me for asking for the proper information and assistance they packed my things up without me seeing and to completely keep things from escalating I didn’t check my things to make sure it was all there and they didn’t even give me all my property back I had at least 3 bags left behind at the shelter . Don’t seek help here !

WARNING: Supposedly a Housing for the Poor & Homeless ran by the Cathedral but paid by Hopics (Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Career Services) & SSG (Social Services for Groups). However this place is run more like a Prison! They wake you up at 5:00am in order to be ready to eat Oatmeal or Grits. There are No ventilation's in the rooms for 24 occupants. When one is sick every other person gets it too. Showers are outside in the freezing cold (2@ for men & women). There is One bathroom each per floor with 50 men & women. Seriously? Not one of the people who ran this place would dare stay here! (Actually one said she had Case Manager Karen Smith and I quote "how dare you speak for me, I have slept here. Surely not next or on the bottom of the bag lady that pees on their bed. Nor, I'm quite sure she slept in a nice clean comfortable bed. Do I blame them? No! Can something be done? Sure! The Financiers or Board of Directors of SSG and the Department of Health should do SURPRISE UNANNOUNCED visits to these places. Then they can judge for themselves by speaking to the poor clients who they treat very poorly like second class citizens. The staff of security smoking marijuana at night in the bathroom. Where no one can do since the ground bathroom is next to security. These and a lot more FAKE TREATMENTS happen daily! ADA; DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SERVICES; SOCIAL SERVICES GROUP FINANCIERS. WHILE YOUR INSPECTING THEM TO THE SAME TO MRS. HAZELS HOUSING. THEY ARE THE MOST INHUMANE & PRACTICE REVERSE CRITICISM. SINCE ITS FOUNDED BY MRS. HAMILTON ACCORDING TO MRS. ANDERSON. EVERY STAFF IS BLACK AND MOST CLIENTS ARE? YOU'RE RIGHT BLACK!
