I thought everything was cool here when I bought my car, whole experience seemed fine and I felt well taken care of. But come a few weeks later and I find out their finance dept ran my credit through so many different services that it impacted my credit for the next year and a half. Now I go back for my scheduled maintenance and find out everything I was promised by the sales dept was pure lies and almost nothing they said was covered is actually covered. Suer am glad I paid that premium for Honda certified! After working with this dealership I can safely say I will never buy a car at any dealership ever again. Thought I was too smart to be hosed by a car salesman, turns out I was wrong.

Outstanding!! Today we purchased a new 2022 CRV. Ted was the salesman who helped us along with Fortino. Both of them were outstanding. Ted is extremely knowledgable of the features of the car. He took a lot of time when delivering the car to explain the features to us. He is kind, professional and friendly. I felt respected throughout the buying process by everyone involved. It seemed like they were more interested in developing a long-term customer. Not just another sale.

Great guy Connie Perea......Connie works in the finance dept. Again....ask for her by name. Had a million questions and she answered every single one to my satisfaction. She will proceed at whatever speed you're comfortable with, going through every single form with an explanation. I have been in the market for a pickup truck for a while. I saw Norm Reeves had a nice Tacoma in their fleet. I was weary at first going into a car dealership to buy a car but sales consultant Brandon Um took amazing care of us from the get-go. He helped us work out a great deal on the truck and we are very satisfied. Be sure to ask for Brandon Um if you’re looking to get some new wheels!
