They’re LIARS!!! specially the male owner or manager- he was super nice and friendly when he sold me this annual car wash card - he literally told me all year wash (no limit) for $175 - I thought that’s a great deal and he told me that it’s transferable! My husband tried to used it and male manager said No, my husband can’t use it only me that can use it!!! Just DO NOT BUY the annual car wash- it’s a FRAUD!!! Just video tape him so he can’t deny what he offered!!! 150% DON’T recommend them! If there’s below 1, I would put them 0!

I had a great experience! Harv’s took stellar care of me & my vehicle. It was one those times when the kindness of strangers changes your day & you really need it. My nice new Bronco was much dirtier than normal. I try to keep it looking fresh since I bought it brand new. But I’ve been having to move lots of things around in & out of storage, my baby has began snacking in the car seat, the interior had not been cleaned in over a month or 2. I was so upset I had gone too long and it had finally began to age🥺. Plus I really didn’t have the money for the full on service I felt my poor Bronco needed to get it close to its former self. Harv helped me pick out a service that would get the job done with out tacking on luxuries I wasn’t asking for. I also was in a time crunch, and car detailing, shampooing etc is not really a quick service. They got my Bronco looking wonderful and happy again, did it in the most cost efficient and time effective way! I am so happy and will definitely be back!

Two misleading signs : one advertising a $7 car wash and another saying $2 off your wash with a gas receipt- neither are accurate. Man outside spoke barely any English and gave no direction despite me telling him I was new to the wash. The guy guiding my car directed me to the left ( which i thought was strange because it looked like i would bump into the track for their machine). I followed his direction anyways, trusting him, and he guided me into the track, causing my left hub cap to pop off. When I told him he guided me into the track and messed up my tire, he said nothing and shrugged, then started messing with my tire. The other guy outside then tried to put it back on and I told him what happened. He blamed it on me, and said that the guy does it a hundred times a day. Obviously he doesn't know what he's doing if he's guiding a car left when it should go right. No apologies and I had to ask for a refund. I asked for a receipt and he didn't even give me the refund receipt. Just wrote refund at the top of the old one. No help from any manager - an absolute joke.
