I have been here multiple times and every single time the women that work here are RUDE! I have walked up to the register area and none of them said anything to me. NOTHING. Like they don’t even see me. Just look at me and look away. WTH?? Last week I had an appointment to donate a trash bag full of things and once again RUDE. Get over yourselves ladies and stop treating people like they are beneath you! If you hate working there that much then DON’T. I’m done with this place. It’s not worth it.

Horrible first time experience. My mother asked if they had any carts and no response. She then asked if they have a senior citizen discount and both ladies still did not answer. Lady checking out asked for her and they responded saying on Tuesdays. Then one lady right away said we have a $1 rack outside you can look at. We were going to buy over $100 but decided to leave all items because of their racism and rudeness. Never will I go back and will never recommend anyone to go there.If the American Cancer Society decides to have racist people volunteer for them they need to figure out who these people are because they are rude.

I am so sorry.....I THOUGHT I WAS RATING THE COMMUNITY SHOP ON FRANKLIN IN NAPA... SO CONTINUE READING, KEEPING THAT IN MIND. I have been there many times and they charge way too much for their stuff. Even the purses are very pricey. Do they want to move their stuff or hold on to it. They get the stuff for free. 1.00 would be a plus in that case ? They are grouchy people and older women, always looking sad. Their pricers are way overboard. It is a darn thrift shop, not Macy's !!!! ???? Honestly. They also act like they will not lower the prices and it is their money. ???? Bargaining is fun. They are not a high society place !!!! ???? Anna. I have gone in there 1 week. Gone back and the stuff is still there 3 weeks later. They will not budge their prices ????? I DO THINK THE DISCOVERY SHOP IS TOO HIGH TOO THOUGH. THESE ARE THRIFT SHOPS. NOT EXPENSIVE CORPORATE STORES LIKE MACY'S.....ANNA

I don't know who gets to write these reviews without any ramifications if they are wrong, but the reviews I read are way off base!!! The Discovery Shop is wonderful! .... I guess I shouldn't tell anyone else that because I should want to keep it to myself, but indignation prevails.
