We've been living in the community since 2018, facilities and staff in general have been great but wanted to call out specifically the service team who have always been fantastic. Not only are they professional but are always around quicker than expected, especially through Covid they still managed to maintain a fantastic service. From Wayne making sure our oven was working prior to Thanksgiving dinner to Kyle fixing our AC on one of the hottest days they have made sure everything is working as it should be.

Modern apartments walking distance from Diamond Jamboree that is very integrated with new technology such as an amazon locker for packages, smart thermostat and lock systems. Plenty of clean communal spaces for all age ranges and pets. Work lounge, pool, playgrounds, recreation room, fitness center. San Diego Creek Trail is close by for walking/ biking - also can be used as safe commuting route for bikers. Walking distance to Walmart, Albertsons, Costco and great restaurants (it won’t be a fun walk though, it is Irvine). Rent is a bit expensive, but not unheard of given the area - definitely worth it because of the amenities and cleanliness. Leasing office was very kind and hospitable during move-in, we were helped out by Bret, who on a Friday night stayed overtime to ensure we got our lease on time. Explained everything thoroughly and quickly. Have yet to try service requests, but they seem to be easy to access through a resident portal. Cons: -Traffic can get quite loud if you’re facing into the main streets -Popular area for louder cars to drive around, especially at night. But not for long periods. -Cell signal is atrocious as the buildings are reinforced concrete. -If your phone dies, you’re not getting inside. (backup codes can let you in) -No convenient guest parking solutions -A bit of a sanitized feel- green spaces such as for pets are astroturf. hotel feel, at times, can give it a bit of a cold feeling. Amenities close past a certain time. Nonetheless, bikable to offices and UCI. The closest feeling to a mixed use, high(er) density, experience in Irvine.

From start to Finish Mariah Bones was OUTSTANDING!!! She helped us select the perfect apartment for our situation. Mariah guided us through lease option that fit our unique situation. It was much more affordable than an apartment through a B and B website. The apartment we selected was fully furnished...Love IT!!! The Avalon Irvine vibes makes me feel as if I am at a high end resort. Again, Mariah thank you for your professionalism and knowledge of the property, lease agreement and helping us view the available apartments online.
