I'm not sharing this to get anyone into trouble, not a karen, I just hope that the people that work at this Starbucks read this so they know. I have Celiac Disease, and the last few times I've visited this location and asked questions about items containing gluten or wheat an employee laughed or scoffed at me. Since this is right by Kaiser, a medical facility, it might be best to be sensitive to different people's dietary needs and not mock them. I am not gluten-free because of some fad, I am gluten-free because it makes me very sick if I eat it, even small amounts. Please be kind, as your sign says. Thank you.

Workers were very friendly and happily took my order even when I had a few special requests!! Nice vibe & energy after not caring to be at our Kaiser appointment!

Starbucks stop before hitting the road after my Kaiser appt. Small shop but the people are fast and the coffee tastes good. Shade cover is minimal so be aware and stay hydrated, but the wait wasn't that long.

I am very upset because they did not care about my order, my order took a long time and I asked them if it was ready and they told me that they were already making it when the did not even start even tho it was just a caramel frap. I waited 15 to 20 minutes and asked what had happen and they tell me that Probably another person took it when that sounds Ridiculous because the order always has a name. I told them I had waited more than expected and they said to me that they will make another one so i waited waited another 8 minutes because they did not pay attention to me.
