They surpassed my expectations. Greens are in great condition. The few longer holes were a fun chance to use longer clubs. Most holes have mats in the tee areas, but some holes have grass tee boxes. Overall it's a fun course with friendly staff. The golf shop is pretty awesome as well.

The course is decent but need more signs up especially from hole 2 to 3. You need to go across the street for hole 3. Many people mistaken played hole 9 instead hole 3 when first time there.

This is an executive course that sees a lot of play. The fairways are a bit sparse and the off fairway areas are seemingly ready to take over the middle. Mgmt. didn't seem to know how long it takes to finish 9 holes on their track. I kind of expected a better maintained course in an upscale area.

I played this course today as a visitor to the area and it is the worse executive course I have ever played. All tee shots are off artifical mats, with no portable tees available. A few holes require a driver. Who hits a driver off the deck? And I love planes, but be prepare to go deaf from the commercial jets taking off from the John Wayne Airport located next to the course.
