This pharmacy has been my go-to for years. Recently, I discovered the hard way that most of the people that work in the pharmacy department do not know how to help a patient that has paid for their prescription using Express Pay. I ended up spending my last 40 dollars on a. Uber. To get to the pharmacy to find out no one working that night knew what to do with the code I provided them in the drive thru. I was treated very unfairly as If I was making this up dispite the evidence on my phone. Ubered home prescriptionless and still trying to figure out a ride 3 days later. Whoever is working in the pharmacy helping patients needs to be trained on how to use express pay when a patient has already paid online. I have never had one issue with this pharmacy until this happened if this issue is corrected I will gladly change my rating to five stars

The worst. So slow, go anywhere else. Seriously, I've watched paint dry faster than the time it takes to pick up my prescriptions.

ATTENTION! Manager, customers and especially those in charge of inspecting this branch. They denied me the sale ice cream because they argued that their refrigerators did not work or did not cool. However when taking one to check it the ice cream felt cold. Perhaps they denied me their sale for fear of intoxication, however that same merchandise will be sold when they have repaired their refrigerators? The people who buy any item from those refrigerators will be food that is no longer useful. BE CAREFUL! Hopefully this Walgreens has recalled all the products affected by the malfunction of its coolers.

I avoid this place at all costs. The wait times are awful. The drive through is the slowest I have ever been in. The wait even when you are the only one in line can be excessive. The staff is rude and act like they hate their job. The actual pharmacists are nice but the techs lack any sort of empathy or kindness. The store itself is fine and the store employees are all great it's only the pharmacy that is awful. Calling them has you on hold forever as well.
