The ladies in the front didn't have too good of customer service skills and the pool isn't in service. Actually hasn't been in service for a majority of the past 7 years. I really wonder why... 🤔

Marisa, the front desk clerk was wonderful. The room was cleaner than most in this chain. There were some sketchy characters around the motel, but they have a security guard making rounds at night.

They allow dogs!! Five stars!!! There's no carpet and the room smelled great. Front desk employee girl was very very nice.

Gets the job done as a cheap place to sleep Pretty run down and in a sketchy neighborhood. The room was fairly clean but bare-bones, and not everything worked (e.g., bathroom fan). Front desk staff is very friendly, nice, and helpful!

I wrote it on the card that they give you to say if the visit was satisfactory. Maybe, you brought them there on your many visits, since you are on the defensive. Who are you? I guarantee that you will definitely see them if you continue to patronize that place, unless they exterminate because they are definitely there! This is a country of free speech, I can say what I feel, I wish I had not had the experience since I was unable to kill it, it went into the bedroom area. I immediately took a shower and left 2 hours early. You need to mind your own business since it did not happen to you. It happened to me. The whole wide world needs to be informed. It was extremely upsetting, it appears to be something you can not comprehend. Shame on you. I most certainly filled out the card that the hotel gives to the patrons.
