Absolutely delicious!! We ordered spinach balls- excellent. Lightly fried, filled with spinach. We had a very nice cabernet recommended from the server, whom gave us EXCELLENT SERVICE!! We had wonderful fresh baked bread to dip in olive oil and pesto. I ordered the chicken with mushrooms and red peppers on pasta- great sauce. Huge portion and fantastic! We also ordered the trio with fantastic 3" meatballs and sausage over pasta- lovely sauce. Huge portion again (dinner tomorrow night). We saved some room for scrumptious tiramisu and super fresh coconut cake along with cappuccinos. AWESOME!! Totally full!! Super lovely atmosphere. Team work with the staff. Exceptional service! Definitely will return. New menu every week. Love it!!

Josephine's is a lil piece of Heaven here on the Outerbanks! I must say though, my new love there is the Spinach Lasagna! Just WOW! I was speechless at my first bite! We were recommended to come here for a romantic dinner for two...& hubby wanted to take me to a special dinner for our Anniversary Dinner this yr. ...I cook for a living...& I will be working on perfecting the sauce they use it was by far THE MOST AMAZING DINNER on the Outerbanks...no wonder they have a limited dinner menu and are only open 5pm-9pm (closed on Sunday & Monday) no reservations...& they are BUSY! SO WORTH THE WAIT! Of all the restaurants on the Island here...YOU DONT WANT to miss this one! MANJA!

Incredible home cooked authentic Italian cuisine. Extremely popular with the locals, which is always a good sign. Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. An absolute gem of a restaurant and very highly recommended. If you’re in Kitty Hawk you must visit; If you’re not in Kitty Hawk then it’s definitely worth the drive. Superb ♥️

Stumbled upon this place during our vacation. It also happened to be the night of our wedding anniversary. We were seated very quickly (at the bar) during an extremely busy night. The food was absolutely out of this world delicious. Ray the bartender was super busy but still very friendly. He even Googled how to make the crazy drink I asked for. It came out so delicious, I had a second one! I highly recommend Josephine's. The staff is friendly and the food is divine. I'd be a regular if I didn't live 8 hours away.
