I ordered a stuffed crust meat lovers and added mushrooms and black olives. Stuffed crust was very puffy. Too puffy with little cheese. The pizza was not cut though all the way. The bottom of the pizza was over cooked. Very hard. Not a good pizza.

Could do better. I arrived shortly after the time that the order was estimated to be completed and only received part of my order. I had to explain that I had ordered four pizzas (it says so on the receipt). The lady at the window checked and came back to explain that one of the guys forgot one of the pizzas. Not sure how pizzas are forgotten with technology nowadays. I checked the pizzas and found one was wrong altogether so I had to wait for them to find the correct pizza (it wasn't long enough to have to wait for it to be cooked like the first one). I was not compensated for the delay/screw up and they took the incorrect pizza back after I already put my hands on the box to check it. Hopefully it wasn't part of someone else's order.

Arrived and was told to pull back around because i had one minute left according to my app. Pull around and then when i got to window, order ready according to app and it had been 20 min.s since i ordered. Well i sat ther 6 more minutes before receiving my order. Got home, two minute drive and my pizza was cold and dough wasnt even done in the middle of pizza. I ordered the detroit meat pizza. I call back up there and they told me i had to talk to manager and he had stepped out. They took my phone number but i didnt receive a call back. I called once again and they said manager was still out.

What is the point to order online and the pizza is made wrong, again? This is the 2nd time I have ordered online from this same Pizza Hut and my online order was incorrect. When we called back the1st time about the bacon less pizza topping. I was told by manger that the bacon topping was like a garnish. We could not see the bacon on the pizza. (When we order from other Pizza places we can see the bacon topping.)The 2nd time the bacon topping came as a garnish again and we also asked for ex sauce but did not get it. Bacon topping is a Garnish and the person or people can not follow online instruction. We are not happy campers about this Pizza Hut! Please make this right. What you can do is make this right and have your people to follow the instructions carefully.
