I’m very impressed with Urgent Care + TeleHealth. Staff is friendly and really seem to care. Doctor Ahwah was great. Today I saw the X-ray tech and one of the aides…can’t remember their names but they were prompt, professional and very informative.

Very kind and attentive staff on a Saturday morning. They were great with my 11-year old son who was in a lot of pain with a cold sore on his tongue. They were efficient and helpful and we were out of there with a prescription very quickly.

I did not have an appointment, walked in and was treated with kindness from the moment I stepped in the door. The paperwork was all done by your mobile device. After the check in process was completed I was escorted to a room. The nurses were friendly and treated me with care. Dr Brittany was amazing! She listened to all my symptoms thoroughly and didn’t rush me at all. She treated me with so much grace and took the time to get to the bottom of my issue. When I left, one of the nurse’s said feel better! So sweet when I wasn’t feeling well at all. Thank you all for taking such good care of me!

This facility is well run! They answer their phone, take appointments, and see you promptly. They send you paperwork to complete on your phone prior to your visit. The man at the front desk was friendly and quick. The nurse and NP were thorough, quick, and friendly. They made sure you left with what you needed and sent you a report afterwards. I wish I could go there for all my health care visits.

We will be open on 12/24 from 8-3- you can schedule on our website in advance. If there is exposure or symptoms we can bill through insurance- if you are paying out of pocket, the fee depends on what kind of test you would like- we have 3 different rapid tests available. If you call our office at 707-377-1007 someone can assist you in making the appointment
Hi Tami..Pcr testing for travel can be tricky especially when it is needed within 48 hours such as Tahiti...I would recommend calling our office in the morning so we can fully answer this question - we can accommodate 48 hour turnaround and our fee will be $125, but depending on which day you are traveling it can get complicated...we look forward to speaking with you tomorrow to fully assist you..thanks!
Hi Brooke, we are now able to get PCR testing back within 36-48 hours and do have rapid molecular tests available. However, Hawaii requires you to go to their own sites for testing-you will want to go online to check the locations they have approved.
