Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. I needed to move but unfortunately I had little to no storage space so I decided to rent out a space from the moment I came in Oskar lit up the room with his smile really made everything simple and easy to understand!! Been there for some time now and I’ve had no complaints! Keep up the good work!

The customer service here is amazing! Oscar was our guy to show us the size unit we requested and explained our contract and all the legalese and other details. He was very nice and professional. We're excited to be a part of the Harbor City Public Storage! Thanks Oscar! ~Sunshine~

Employees leave at 6pm & allow their accomplices to stay on property when it is closed & then the thieves can take as much time as they want in the storage units. Then they drive off the property with no witnesses and the following day the employees claim they don't have video. The worst part? If you have insurance, the insurance co. will only reimburse if the building was broken into -- but it never is. Because the thieves drive in & drive out, knowing there won't be any video. And you get nothing.
An employee like myself will alert you that your storage unit was missing a lock after you discover your lock has been replaced with a painted red lock though it doesn't matter because all your valuables are now gone and in the hands of the criminals (my friends) that I helped during the burglary
Because the employees participate in the burglaries by allowing their thief friends to cherry pick storage units during off hours.

None of the units are big enough to prevent the thieves they allow on the property to steal your items.

Public Storage is open on Labor Day normal business hours.
