Love this place.They don't watch you like you gonna steal something not like that clothing store a few doors down they check your purse when entering the store,🤬The staff here is very friendly and I definitely will keep coming back

Really great products, just wish staff was more friendly or helpful. Stood around for 20-30 minutes waiting for help with hair extensions that were too high for me to reach. Several people there working just standing around. Even if someone could have just gotten them down for me I was going to try to color match by myself. Just pretty unprofessional. After waiting that long and speaking to the man at the counter about needing help 2 different times, he just stood there some more and watched me walk out, didn't say another word. I guess he didn't deal with hair... but who here does? Very frustrating as I was trying to get hair for my wedding day. It's also a shame for you guys, when you have the products I need but your staff isn't willing to do their job and help you sell it! I messaged the Facebook page asking if there was someone that could help me, I was going to come in when this person was working, but they told me I should try one of their other locations for better help 🤦‍♀️ disappointing because I really like this place

Has a great selection of products. Nice and clean space But... could have more employees to work the floor being it is a decent size store, I had only been to this location once before so finding things was a bit challenging and there was no one to answer questions, I was overwhelmed so much that I decided to go somewhere else to get the rest of the products I needed

The owner came to the check out and overcharged me for 3 bundles. I complained and never got my money back.The hair I buy online is way better. I will no longer come back to this location. Especially after hearing that the employees are unpleasant come from a “ghetto” background even treating their own color of people like trash. Buyers beware.
