My haircut went great. She was nice and welcoming. When I had made another appointment for a future date and text to see when it was scheduled for I was told I had no appointment. 🤯 So of course she tried to get me to come in Earlier or to see a new client.. neither worked for me. I was offered to come back in May, that did not work for me either. So I said thank you have a nice day. I then text my friend who recommended her and told him its not working out I need a new recommendation. He contunied on about how awful him and his mother had been treated and made a whole post about how their service was. So she decided to take the part about me and posted to her own PERSONAL facebook page for all of our mutual friends and all her friends and family could slander and threaten me. This place is very unprofessional and should be shut down. I feel very ashamed and scared to go outside.

Jack is great and everyone is so welcoming. She does a great job on my hair and brows!! Great place.
