Pizza arrives nice and hot on time wings are the best! Bread sticks are to die for. Those are always my go toos I'm sure everything from pizza hut is just as delicious.

revolting. My order was an hour late. The employee went to the back and "checked on my food" but never asked my name-- so I'm not sure whose food was "on its way" and neither did he. Horrible customer service. Old hard nasty cold pizza. Sticking to papa johns. Disgusting.

Buffalo wings was awesome, but the buffalo pizza was to thin and kind of cardboard like. Really the worst pizza I have ever received from pizza hut.02/18/22 figured I'd try again and ordered a meat lovers with mushrooms and olives and it definitely wasn't right. No mushrooms and the pizza was as if it was old and had been sitting around which makes sense because I ordered it at 7:46 pm and it went out for delivery in less than 10 minutes. Everybody out pizzas the hut. Frozen pizza is better than the pizza you get from this location. Driver was rude guy on the phone was rude when I called and told him the order wasn't right. Never again.

Pizza Hut pt1 This Pizza Hut located on Truman Rd. Across from Van Horn High school, has ALWAYS been a problem. With not just my self but several others, as customers and as for employees. The quality of their food.... Is horrible. The customer service.... Just as bad. I had an ill mannered, complicated, incompetent, so called, " manager " come to "assist me" which is an understatement by far. She was the same one who hung up on me, when I tried to explain to her about the food. So instead of sending my son in this time. I came in. I recorded the whole scenario. I plan to post soon. As well as send it to a couple news stations. I have have to do this. Because their ability to fix issues that arise are apparently too complicated for them to fix nor understand. It was about 9:45pm on December 1st 2021. I walked in and placed the bread sticks on the counter pulled out the so called product that looked like there was a thin film of mold on top. IT WAS NOT MOLD But it looked nasty. The customer that followed in right after me, even gasped at the site. Following a over-exaggerated sounding, " ewwwwwe..."🤢 I looked back at her, and said, "don't order breadsticks or pan pizza." To be continued Look in my bio to read rest.
