The counter person went out of his way to find a affordable sale item that was not advertised making it possible for me to stay safe. He also volunteered to install the part that I purchased. Being disabled and a senior citizen I really appreciated the service he provided.

These guys are lazy. Needed a bolt that got misplaced while changing starter Wouldn't try to look it up to see if they had it or could order it . Not the first time being disappointed with this store but it will be the last

Yesterday I took a battery in to get tested. Car wouldn’t turn over yet the battery wasn’t very old. I just needed to see if it was dead or bad. I dropped off the battery and was told to come back in an hour. When I came back I was told the battery was bad, did I want a price on the new one? I declined and here’s why: the battery was three months old and clearly still under warranty. I also made sure to put a little slick of grease on the positive battery post but somehow the grease was not disturbed. I was curious how they could test the battery without touching the battery post so I took the battery down the street to where I bought it from and it charged right up, no problem. They literally didn’t even test my battery and were willing to sell me a brand new one. As someone who bought the vast majority of my car parts from O’Reilly in the past, I think it’s time to change.
