This is my favorite plasma place. Everyone is friendly and you get in and out super fast. With that being said I want to warm everyone that CSL on Broadway is my least favorite, slow, and terrible. Definitely go to the one on independence ave

I used to think more highly of this place but I quit going for a few months to give my body a rest, for it does make you tired after donating and working a full time job. I decided to go back last week and the machine I got was so messed up. It kept stopping and turning back on, which isn’t normal. An every time I asked someone to look at it, they just said it was fine. It normally takes me 45 minutes to 1 hour to donate, almost an hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours to donate that day. How hard would it had been for someone to come look at my machine or check the situation. I feel no one cared. Watched ppl come and go, while I’m having issues with my machine. Just something that employees should watch out better for. But other then that, most of the staff is friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Every time I go everybody is super nice and professional especially Margie. She is excellent. She never misses a poke and makes it painless. 0 complaints.

I decided I was going to try and donate but I had had a cornea transplant in both eyes so I called in advance to see if it was worth driving there with gas being $3.69, if the answer was going to be no. I was told I had to come and ask the dr during my physical. After an hour and while answering all the questions on the computer a question came up asking about tissue transplants and was THEN told I couldn't donate. A had actually called twice before going with the same answer. The very nice lady who took my info when I first got there was very apologetic about having wasted my time and said the lady who answered the phone should have transferred me to someone who could answer my question. Kinda disappointed with the ordeal and they should give a bit more training on this type of thing.
