I want to love it here! But every time I place a curbside order, I get it 10-15 minutes past the promised time. Today was a simple order-two chicken sandwiches. I’m still waiting for it 11 minutes past the promised time. Too bad-the food is usually good. The service is not.

Came through the drive through today and waited 10 min for my food which is normal because they “make it fresh” but when I get home all my food was cold. I called up to the store to get it situated and the manager was simply rude. She wasn’t understanding of the situation and didn’t seem like she cared I got cold tenders and fries. We were a regular here but after this we’re no longer coming here.

I’ve tried to give this slim chicken location so many opportunities and each time they fail. I am an understanding person, but my patience runs out eventually. The first time they forgot a meal and charged me for it. The second time I found a long piece of blond hair in my food and now the chicken sandwich I received didn’t look thoroughly cooked. See the images below. How unfortunate.

I'm hooked. The food was delicious, and the staff was so nice! The dining room was pretty clean, and the garbage cans looked like they were well-maintained. Clean bathrooms too, so that was nice.
