5 friends and I took a t-shirt quilting class and had SOOOO much fun! Staff is incredibly nice and helpful and patient with beginners. Awesome fantastic wonderful and totally recommended!

During shelter in place, I've been desperately trying to order fabric to make more masks for the needy and essential workers. All the big box stores take absolutely forever to get my fabric shipped. In Between Stitches is amazing!!!!! I placed an online order on Sunday, and my materials came in on a Wednesday! It was like Christmas morning!! Love it!!!!

If you sew or quilt, you will LOVE this place. Cheerful, bright, clean, organized. 1000s of bolts of fabric to choose from. In Between Stitches offers classes and there are ready-made sewing and quilt samples to get inspired and be in awe at every turn. They have a large sewing and quilting classroom in the back of the store with excellent nature light. Plenty of patterns, books and kits to purchase that cannot be found at a Joann's. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Fabric is arranged by color or style. It's like being in a candy store with just so much to choose from!

You go in the back door, wear mask, wash hands on entry at sink, and they limit how many in store. Felt very comfortable going in to shop!!

They have no yarns at all only fabric, batting, thread & sewing/quilting books. If you want q specialty yarn shop, try Knit This Purl That in Pleasanton.
Have to call but my quess would be no. If they are, it would only be until 3pm.... Their usual closing time on Sundays.
