Be advised if you pay cash make sure they give you your change ... I work as a delivery driver and need change for customers I went to this location to by a 3 dollar item and need to break a twenty for change , since I was on the phone with my Manger at the time I was not paying close attention to the cashier who gave me additude for not giving small bills as that was not the reason I came in and instead for giving me the 17 dollars back I only received seven . By the time I realized what happened which was only a few minutes I came back in to asked the cashier what happened and to check the cameras but even then received additude for the request. By the time the Manger who I was never introduced to ,and did not approach me to hear the customers side arrived to ask her employee what happened she quickly left to check the cameras and I had to leave because I received a delivery request and my job was not worth ten dollars . Moral of the story make sure you are getting what you are supposed to receive and customer service doesn't seem to be one of them

My husband and I came to Hobby Lobby for the first time. it is like a candy store. No fault of the store. i didn’t have enough time to really shop. 1) because i came at 6 and they close at 8. 2) they claim their bathroom is out of order so we had to leave at 7:15pm. I did seek help on where to find things and was totally surprised two staff members could not direct me as they were not sure I guess back in the day they offered coupons for 40% and currently today no coupons are accepted. It was still a decent adventure.
