The customer service here is absolutely terrible. It’s is the worst out of any of the gas stations within 2 miles. They just don’t care. There was one time i came in here, and was the only customer. The employees/owner were in the office and noticed me standing there and continued talking. I continued waiting in plain view. One even came out and walked by. Super rude, but certain business owners only care about making a dollar so who cares about customer service skills right?

Terrible morning service one if the worse 7 11s in the Kansas City area never fresh coffee or they don't give enough selection like the other 7-11s not very clean the guy behind the counter just fills Online orders and stays on the phone and doesn't worry about the morning Rush

I was at this store, which I go to regularly since it’s near my job. I saw a homeless man in the store trying to buy a refil, and when the man behind the counter charged him more than what the sign said he asked him why. The man behind the counter was very rude, goes up to the sign and says it’s wrong, it’s old, and acts as if he homeless man is an idiot for not knowing that. I chimed in and said that he should give him what the sign says or take the sign down. It’s a very visible and large sign, and it’s always up, so if it’s old it’s been old for some time. He then starts to berate me for sticking up for a homeless man, telling me “You don’t need to say anything to me. You don’t need to get in our conversation. I will give him the drink, but you don’t need to say anything for him.” I was shocked, and honestly felt as if he was only saying this to me because I was a woman. Basically I’m not allowed to say anything or defend anyone, because it’s not my poisition to in society. When I began arguing with him about the fact that he was acting that way he kept getting louder and louder to the point that he started screaming at me. So I screamed right back, “Why are you screaming at me?!” He then screamed some more that I was screaming at him, which is so immature and just down right ignorant. He kept yelling and screaming that I needed to pay for my stuff and go and that I wasn’t allowed back at the store. When I told him that he started this, and he started screaming at me and asked the homeless man if I was right, who said I was right, he kept screaming that I did it first! I did it first!!! I asked who his manager was, he said he was the manager and then told me that he was going to call my job and complain about me, since he saw my badge attached to my bag. He banned me from the store. I took a photo of him as proof of who he is since I’ve never seen him there and he told me I was going to get in trouble for that and that I was on camera. He is so ridiculous, out of his damned mind, and needs some serious training on how to handle conflict in the work place. Also, like I said, this wouldn’t have happened if I was a woman, I guarantee you!

Terrible customer service. They charged my card 15 for gas, then proceeded to tell me that the transaction didn't go throw. I explained I had 20 on my card and that was all i had. I left the store only to find out they did in fact charge my card. I tried to call. After 30 mins of no answer i drove down there to be told they didn't remember me coming in and they did not charge my card. After an hour of talking they finally admitted my card was charged, but i would have to dispute the charges with my card company to be able to get a refund as it was not there problem. Definitely watch your money if you go to this location.
