I just want to give a special shout out to Cassie who went way out of her way to fit our pup in her grooming schedule, especially after her home store (95th St) lost a/c. She met us at the 75th Street store and made our Meeka beautiful again!

First, I signed up for petperks and free bag of dog food after buying 7, Ive now purchased 10 & it says only 1 is towards Petperks. Secondly, I ordered 2 bags of frozen food mind you online as it's hard to find at times. Called the store and asked the hours this weekend as I got an email at 5pm saying time to pick up my order, he said they open at 11 tomorrow. Nothing about closing early. I drive to the store at 6pm to find a sign that states "temporary hours 11-6pm" didn't mention it on the phone, not changed on Google, not in a recording. Complete waste of gas, now I am required to make a second trip and my English Bulldog goes to bed hungry tonight as she is on a strict diet
