Called for an appt. We agreed on 2pm. I got a call at 1pm asking where I was!? The scheduler said I was supposed to be there at 1pm. When I said we had scheduled 2pm, as our appt, he told me they already had a 2pm. It was 1:15, and My daughter and I had lunch plans, so I asked if 3pm would work. The scheduler said yes. We arrived at 2:50 and were taken in to the pedicure chairs timely. My daughter’s toes were done before mine were even started, so my feet were soaking for 40 minutes before the tech started my pedi. The color I chose was a blush-pink gel. During my pedicure, I noticed the color she was applying was orange! I stopped her, said the color was wrong, so The nail tech went to get another color. What it how she chose the next color is beyond me, but it still was not what I chose initially. She added extra coats, saying it just didn’t have enough coats. My toes were not pink, they are still a light rusty orange! Then, they charged me $110 for 2 basic gel pedicures! I questioned the cost and they said it’s $20 extra for We won’t be going back! Red Nail in Olathe is awesome, you just have to plan ahead if you want to make an appt because they are busy! Artisan Nail was totally ridiculous from their scheduling mistake, to calling to tell me I was late when I was not, to applying the wrong color and then charging so much. I’ll never go back.

My daughter and I got mommy and me gel pedicures. Everyone was very accommodating, professional, and friendly. The salon was clean, peaceful, and it was not crowded. We had the pleasure of having Celine and Kevin do our pedicures. They both did an excellent job! They were gentle and took their time and made sure we were comfortable. Their tools were in individual packages and they wore masks and gloves. They made sure to tell us what they were doing during our pedicures. We will be back for sure!!

Just had a gel manicure and a pedicure at Artisan Nail Spa. Celine was wonderful! She did a beautiful job! I will be back. I had been looking for a new nail place as the lady I had gone to for 30 retired. I just found my new place!

Celine was not good with mani pedi. Did not clean inside nails properly or properly get rid of dead cuticles. Also her behavior needs to improve.
